The location of the hotel is ideal, just a short drive away from the ski resort. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The sauna, steam room and swimming pool facilities were a great way to relax after a day of skiing. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options.
The Wi-Fi was not included and we had to pay extra for it. , we found that the dinner options were quite limited, and there weren't many vegetarian options available.

We had a fantastic time at a hotel located right on the ski lift, which takes you straight to the slope. the room was spacious and tidy, with a comfy bed and clean bathroom. the breakfast was basic but good, with a diverse choice. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the wellness area, which includes a sauna and swimming pool, and the gym was also a plus. the location in the Mölltaler Gletscher area was perfect, with amazing views.
Some of the staff could be quite inflexible and rude at times.

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Great location, easy to find. Good and diverse breakfast. Excellent dinner options. On-site spa facilities. Convenient parking lot. Strong and reliable WiFi

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean, with a big balcony. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa area with sauna, steam room, and pool, which were perfect for after a long day on the slopes. The location was also perfect, just a short drive away from the ski resort, which was fantastic. Additionally, the breakfast was basic but good enough for us.

During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I appreciated the good quality of the rooms and the tasty breakfast that was served every morning. the hotel had a convenient location where a ski lift was just a short distance away. the ski storage was very useful, and the small pool with jacuzzi was a fun way to relax after a day on the slopes.
the fitness equipment was outdated and in need of an upgrade.
